originally from New Jersey with a Master’s Degree in Education, has been a resident of the Palos Verdes Peninsula since 1977. His friendly outgoing nature facilitated his transition from New Jersey Realtor to one of the most recognized and respected professionals in the real estate industry in California. A former president of the board of Realtors and California Association of Realtors State Director, Al has had a wide variety of experience in real estate and is the founder and owner of Keller Williams Palos Verdes Realty and Keller Williams Realty LA Harbor. Al is a founding member of both the Institute for Luxury Marketing and the Keller Williams Luxury Division. He is an avid fly fisherman and regularly hikes the trails on the hill and rides his bike on the beach path.

is a native of Rolling Hills and co-founder of the Al D’Amico Real Estate Team in 1980 and Keller WIlliams Palos Verdes Realty and LA Harbor in 2003. After graduating from Rolling Hills High School and Mount St Mary’s college, she joined the family businesses of construction and real estate on the peninsula. Currently, she is the D’Amico Team manager. Joanne orchestrates four generations of the D'Amico family and is actively involved in her community, including the Assistance League of San Pedro South Bay.

was born and raised in San Pedro and Palos Verdes. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in economics, John volunteered as an English teacher in Costa Rica as part of Harvard’s World Teach program. Since returning John has been focused on learning and growing the family business while serving clients in Palos Verdes, San Pedro, and the beach cities. He enjoys traveling surfing, reading, and playing the piano.

grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, graduating with a double major in communications and public relations from the University of the Pacific. Before entering real estate, she worked as Director of National Accounts in the hotel industry for Doubletree and the Hilton. Now “Brill knows the Hill” is an apt statement because of her vast knowledge and specialization in the Palos Verdes area, where she has called home for the past 20 years. She is married with two children and is a proud member of many volunteer activities in the community.
